My Story

Born in Canada, I hold both Spanish and Canadian citizenship and am trilingual. My professional path has been diverse, encompassing roles as a diplomat, communications professor, international affairs professor, columnist, blogger, and author. These experiences have shaped me into an “internationalist.” Although retired, I remain deeply engaged with global developments that impact us all.

Current Focus

My purpose in this stage of life is to share experience, perspective, and insight with younger generations. A long and multifaceted life carries a responsibility: to offer what one has learned so others may find encouragement, clarity, and inspiration. My work blends spiritual reflection with politics and social analysis. I believe that no profession—especially diplomacy,  education, or public service—can be fully practiced without understanding:

Who we are at our Core

The Values that Guide Our Decisions

Our connection to a broader human & universal consciousness
